Welcome to Beauty 4 Five. Beauty 4 Five is a retail brand operated by Mamitas MKL Cosmetics LLC (“Beauty 4 Five,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Beauty4Five.shop, the Beauty 4 Five mobile application, your Beauty 4 Five account, purchases, and participation in the B4F Loyalty Program.
By accessing or using our website, mobile app, creating an account, making a purchase, or participating in the B4F Loyalty Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies incorporated into them by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the applicable services.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS & ELIGIBILITY
Customers may create a Beauty 4 Five account to access certain features, including order information, member features, and the B4F Loyalty Program. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You may not use another person's account without authorization or create an account using false or misleading information. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, misuse, security concerns, violations of these Terms, or other unlawful activity.
Participation in certain features may be subject to additional eligibility requirements disclosed at the time the feature is offered.

PRODUCTS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Beauty 4 Five offers beauty, cosmetic, skincare, personal care, accessories, and other retail products through our website, mobile app, and/or physical retail locations. Product selection, availability, packaging, colors, descriptions, and pricing may vary and may change from time to time.
We make reasonable efforts to display product information and pricing accurately. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a material pricing or product information error affecting an order, we may contact you regarding the error and, when appropriate, cancel or correct the affected order in accordance with applicable law.
Products are subject to availability. Placement of an order does not guarantee that an item will remain available. We reserve the right to limit quantities when reasonably necessary, including in cases of inventory limitations, suspected resale or misuse, or errors affecting product availability.
Promotional pricing, discounts, coupons, loyalty rewards, and other offers may be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and expiration dates disclosed with the applicable offer.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
When you place an order through Beauty 4 Five, you agree to provide accurate and complete order, contact, billing, and delivery information. All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and successful payment authorization.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges will be displayed as appropriate during checkout before an online purchase is completed.
We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, payment or pricing errors, suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the transaction. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, any refund due will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment method and our policies.
Payments are processed through the payment methods and third-party payment providers made available at checkout. Beauty 4 Five does not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every transaction.
SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Beauty 4 Five Shipping & Returns Policy available on our website. Any shipping charges, estimated delivery information, and available delivery or pickup options will be presented as applicable during checkout.

Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy before completing a purchase. Nothing in these Terms or our policies is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
B4F LOYALTY PROGRAM
B4F Loyalty Program allows eligible Beauty 4 Five members to earn Beauty Points on qualifying purchases and activities. Members earn 1 Beauty Point for every $1 spent on eligible product purchases and may receive 25 Beauty Points for signing up for the site.
The program includes three tiers: Beauty Bestie (0 points), Glow Getter (150 points), and Slay Icon (350 points). Tier eligibility is based on the program's qualifying point requirements and is measured over a one-year eligibility period from the member's tier entry date.
Members may redeem 100 Beauty Points for a Slay 4 Less Reward
on an eligible order with a minimum $20 subtotal.
Beauty Bestie members receive $3 off, Glow Getter
members receive $4 off, and Slay Icon members receive $5 off.
Beauty Points and rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash. Rewards are subject to eligibility, availability, and applicable program restrictions. Beauty 4 Five reserves the right to address suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the loyalty program and to modify or discontinue the program as permitted by applicable law. Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.

Points earned from purchases that are later returned, refunded, canceled, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed may be deducted or adjusted from the member’s Beauty Points balance. Beauty 4 Five may also correct point balances resulting from errors, duplicate awards, fraud, abuse, or misuse of the B4F Loyalty Program. If a member has already redeemed points associated with a reversed transaction, Beauty 4 Five may make reasonable adjustments to the member’s loyalty account as permitted by applicable law.
