SHIPPING POLICY
At Beauty 4 Five, we want your shopping experience to be simple, fair, and transparent. Please review our shipping and return policy before completing your purchase.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (24–48 business hours).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day. During holidays, promotions, periods of high order volume, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, additional processing time may be necessary.

If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe provided at the time of purchase, we will provide notice and any applicable options regarding the delay, cancellation, or refund as required by law.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once an order has been shipped, most U.S. orders typically arrive within approximately 4–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery time may vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside Beauty 4 Five's reasonable control.

When tracking information is available, customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status of their order and providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Beauty 4 Five is not responsible for delays caused solely by the shipping carrier after an order has been transferred to the carrier. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
RETURNS
Beauty 4 Five accepts returns of eligible merchandise within 14 days of the original in-store purchase date or confirmed delivery date for online orders.

To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- The merchandise must otherwise qualify for return under this policy.

For health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, opened, used, tested, swatched, or tampered-with cosmetics, skincare products, lashes, applicators, brushes, beauty tools, and other personal-use or hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for return, except where the merchandise is defective, Beauty 4 Five sent an incorrect item, or applicable law provides otherwise.

Items identified as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ONLINE ORDERS
If an online order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, don't hesitate to get in touch with Beauty 4 Five within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

We may request photographs of the merchandise, packaging, shipping label, or other information reasonably necessary to verify and resolve the issue.

After verification, Beauty 4 Five may provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances, product availability, and applicable law.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

For eligible voluntary online returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except when required by law or when Beauty 4 Five determines that the return resulted from our error or a verified defective or incorrect item.

Beauty 4 Five reserves the right to decline a return that does not meet the requirements of this policy, subject to applicable law.
SHIPPING ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an order is returned to Beauty 4 Five because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or another delivery issue not caused by Beauty 4 Five, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.

Any refund or resolution for an undeliverable or returned package will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and applicable law.
